Our existing patients are who we depend on to refer even more great patients!Fellow Customers- Before I begin relating my experience with 21st Century Dental, I think it's important to preface with the fact that I have already seen excellent customer concern without even visiting the office! Let me explain briefly. As a recovered Agoraphobic (that is when a person has a fear of public places and people), you can imagine how scary a trip to the dentist may be. It can be difficult for people who don't normally get nervous in public. Well, as I said, I am a recovered Socially Phobic person… this means that I nowadays prefer, wherever possible, to feel new places out before actually going to them. So, I arranged for the free consultation regarding the Snap-On Smile procedure. I was told that my dentist would be Dr. Smith. 21st Century maintains a massive and informative site, and I later was browsing the site, and saw the option to e-mail one of the dentists if you have concerns or questions. For someone like me, that sounded perfect. I'll be honest, I am a slightly cynical person… in this day and age, it seems that very few people still treat their customers well, and are often rude to them. I imagined that I'd e-mail my appointed dentist and either get no response, or get a short, rude response. Well, probably 3 hours after e-mailing, I received a response, from Dr. Smith. Every question I had asked about the Snap-On Smile was answered, and there was absolutely NO rude or demeaning undertones in the e-mail. Dr. Smith, and his staff, are like the "people" version of the Humane Society! They clearly are in their profession with the spirit of dedication and kindness. Now, this part is most important… as I said, I have not even been to the office yet. I want my teeth to achieve a certain look (being more prominent, as an injury years ago pushed my teeth back further than they should be, resulting in a 'hiding' smile) There's always the possibility that my consultation will reveal that this certain look can't be achieved with my particular mouth situation. Who knows? Even if that is the case, the politeness of Dr. Smith and his Secretary Staff moved my heart to post this comment so that others who read it will see that there really are nice and professional dentists out there. On the other hand? If the procedure does work, I have had friends bug me for years to get back into singing publicly again. My teeth have been holding me back from that. But, if I do get back out there, rest assured, anyone who talks about needing a dentist or who compliments my smile is going to get a positive ear-full from me about 21st centurt Dental. It's Richard......................smiling! : ) I go to 21st because of all the amenities, from beverages to cookies to massaging chair while getting work done, to laughing gas for cleaning and how friendly everyone is. Also I schedule by email with Kelly Habben which is probably not her role, but she is always so helpful and friendly and goes above the call of duty to get it done. She allows me to be super productive at work with the scheduling and flexible appt times. The use of technology is unexpected and I appreciate the text reminders I receive and friendly phone calls. D.Y. A+ S.R. Your office is the best dental experience I have ever had. Prior to coming to your office I hadn't seen a dentist for 7-8 years because a string of bad experiences. I'm a white knuckle patient and I know it. Your staff always goes out of their way to take care of me and make me feel relaxed and comfortable. I have referred people to your office when ever the subject of dentists come up. S.G. I have been a patient for a few years now and I have always had a pleasent expereience. The staff has always been friendly and outgoing and I have never seen anything but smiling faces! I love the 7 AM appointments! Very nice addition. S.Y. Your entire staff is so caring, even while I was making my appointment over the phone. Avis was so sweet! I feel so much more informed about my teeth than I ever have. I'm excited that I have finally found my dentist for life! Anonymous Dr. Roy has been great. I have never met a dentist who is always on top of his job. He has defintely gone out of his way to accommedate me. And he has left a life long first impression. C.L. I love your front office staff - they are all so nice yet professional. Even making the phone call to your office threw me into a tizzy. But once I talked with Bailey my nerves were calmed. ON the day of my apointment I finally had a chance to meet her and she was just as plesant in person. April and Dr. Smith surpassed all of my expectations. I dont exactly look foward to coming back but when I do i know that I'm in EXCELLENT care. Thank you for helping me work through my anxiety. C.E. I am completely satisfied. Everyone is friendly and courteous. This is the only office I am sure to go to and be seen on time. I just wanted to share something that happened this morning that I thought you might appreciate. I was with my 3 boys in their bedroom this morning helping them get ready for school. Eric, the oldest, was playing "ventriloquist" with a beanie baby and showing his brother, John. What the beanie baby "said" made me stop in my tracks and ask Eric if he had just come up with that. Eric assured me he had just ad-libbed this, and had never read it before. What the beanie baby "said" is in the file attachment included. (ed. note: we placed it here) Great as always! M.Z. I am really terrified of the dentist but Kelly and Dr. Roy made me feel real at ease. I felt comfortable almost immediately and I didn't feel bad about myself or my teeth. I will definitely refer you guys to EVERYONE I know and I only had an exam...haven't even had any work done yet! A superb, modern, up to date facility with a GREAT staff! A.Z. I tell everyone I know about 21st Century Dental and lately I've had so much work done in my mouth..that what they know and understand is when you're facing major upheaval in your mouth..to have people with exemplary skill who takes great care to assure your risks are minimized and your comfort level is at it's highest is paramount to the treatment and healing process.. Dr. White had to perform a root canal earlier this week and as you can imagine, I was very anxious. When I arrived, he worked with me to help relieve that anxiety and was very considerate. He also called to check on me to make sure I was feeling alright afterwards and doing well. I think he is exceptional and I would recommend him and your office to anyone who is looking for a dentist that understands the patient's concerns. Thank you for all your help. I had to wait about 20-25 minutes for Dr. Smith to look at my teeth b/c he was meeting with a new patient, but Cameron was nice to stay & talk w/ me-- and, when Dr. Smith came in, he did a good job looking at my teeth & explaining my options. We love you guys, & we know you can't always predict when things will run late but your courtesy and professionalism more than make up for it. CC It would be neat if you were more like the grocery stores have become. You know, in order for me not to have to make more stops after I leave your office you could stock motor oil for example, or perhaps fire wood and plants or maybe milk and eggs and coffee and... Thank you so very much for welcoming me to your practice. I must say that I was pleasantly surprise on my initial visit. As I mentioned to the dentist, I have had some bad experiences in the past. Unfortunately, this has caused me to develop "dental phobia" which inhibited me from visiting the dentist for several years. To make this first step was a big challenge for me. I really like the "spa dentistry" concept. It really helps to put your mind and fears at ease. Also, the dentist and the staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs. I have already told (2) of my co-workers about your office! I think this is the breakthrough that dental phobias need be able to visit the dentist. I cannot even begin to tell you what a relief it was to be seen at 21st Century Dental!!! J I was absolutely impressed with not only the facilities but the most kind, patient, and attentive staff! They even helped keep my 5 year old occupied with a milk shake and cartoons during my consultation. After having a less than ideal visit at a dental office, coupled with complications from some work they did a few months ago, I am really excited and encouraged by what I experienced yesterday at 21st Century. Dr Roy answered all my questions and was even able to get me in for surgery sooner than expected, as in tomorrow. Upon our return from a great trip to Cabo San Lucas last Friday night Doug while enjoying a great "American" pizza, Doug's temporary crown fell out causing extreme discomfort each time he breathed...something one of course must do! So, at 8:30 p.m. we paged 21st Century Dental and Dr. Smith returned the page. Dr. Smith being VERY accommodating, indicated that he would meet us at 9:30 that evening and put in the permanent crown which was ready and waiting at the office. By 9:30, as promised, we were at the office and Dr. Kent was working away on Doug and all was perfect and complete by 10:30...truly amazing!!! We wanted to THANK YOU and let you know how much we really do appreciate that type of service and dedication and that is one of the reasons that we continue and will continue to come to your office as well as always recommend you all to anyone looking for a dentist. Just as a side note...so all can really know your level of commitment and accommodating ways.... Dr. Smith was enjoying a quiet evening at home (without all the women in his life) with the baseball game and the NBA playoff's-oh how we are certain he did not like getting that page- but non the less, he made the appointment knowing that he would not get channel 5 on the TV at the office (basketball game). I always tell people that you have the model office because you have outstanding patient service (always friendly, know us by name and very responsive) and extremely organized. It is such a treat to be able to go to a Dr. appointment and know that you guys will always be within 5-10 minutes max of the scheduled appointment.
