21st Century Dental March Madness 2008

What a month! In our first annual March Madness affair, we learned enough to make this better next year. Our winners have graciously accepted their prizes. Check back in 2009 for the next March Madness contest that promises to be bigger and better.....

Rules of play:
1. You must have had an "official" visit within the last 12 months (you know...the type where we say "Come on back!" and you actually walk through the reception door).
2. You must not have an outstanding balance in our office of more than 90 days.
3. Must be 16 years of age

4. One entry per person
5. Must fax (972-255-5693), mail or hand deliver so that we have your entry in our office by March 19th at 5 PM. You may also email the document to Madness@21stCenturyDental.com by the deadline.

6. Points are awarded by victories in each round as follows

Round 1: 1 point (32 total possible)

Round 2: 2 points (32 possible)

Round 3 (Regionals): 4 points (32 possible)

Round 4 (Semifinals): 8 points (32 possible)

Championship teams: 16 points (32 possible)

National Champion: 32 points
